SprayMax™ TipCap Spray Nozzle, 110°
- One piece extended range spray tip with integral quick connect cap.

The SprayMax™ TipCap Nozzle(TCP) is a spray tip and cap that is made as one piece! There’s no more fumbling with the small parts when changing or cleaning spray nozzles. This reduces the chance of your tips ending up in the dirt.
A combination tip and cap molded as one piece that is less expensive than a standard tip alone! A maximum range (total range, extended range) spray tip that can be operated from 15 to 60 psi.
The TCP’s tip is made of Polyacetal for economy and low maintenance. The tip is integrally molded into a polyacetal cap that fits most standard boom fittings.
Already equipped with nozzle caps? Simply add Greenleaf’s SprayMax™ Extended Range Nozzle Tips (SMP) to your caps and experience the SprayMax advantages in a low cost solution. The SMP Nozzle is available in a range of sizes to give you the flow rate you need.
If you need a more narrow spray pattern, the SprayMax SMP is available an 80° version in 03, 04, 05, and 06 sizes with the part numbers SMP8003, SMP8004, SMP8005, and SMP8006.
