Assembly Instructions
- Apply the cable seal to your wire before stripping
- Align the cable seal with wire insulation
- Insert Weatherpack terminal in a crimping tool, then position the wire, seal in place
- Crimp and visually inspect for good crimp before installing in connector body
- Crimps insulator (B style crimp) and seal wings (Round crimp) in one stroke
- Crimps same terminals as Delphi tool #12014254
- Two crimping cavities:
- 20 – 18 AWG
- 16 – 14 AWG
- Ratcheted for positive performance
- Built-in locator aligns wire, seal and terminal
